"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found what I needed in maybe 2 minutes, and checkout took about the same. No weird issues or anything, just a smooth experience.

"Really uncomfortable and not supportive"
I ordered a couple of bras from brasnthings.com and they just didn’t work for me. The straps kept digging in and the cups sat weird, so I was adjusting them all day. By the end of wearing one, my back was sore and I barely felt supported at all. Definitely not something I’d buy again

I usually don’t have issues with this size, but this fit way too small on me. If you like a snug fit it might work, but for a regular or more comfortable fit, I’d definitely size up

"I didn’t find much I liked..."
I didn’t find much I liked. A lot of the designs felt kind of dated or way too fussy, and it’s on them for not having more simple, cute options. Disappointing, really.

"Delivery took much longer than expected"
I ordered thinking it would show up within a few days, so I was frustrated when it arrived much later than expected. I was already in a bit of an impatient mood that week, and the tracking barely updating didn’t help. I ended up having to follow up myself, which was annoying. The products were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery experience felt unreliable.

"Always out of my size"
It feels like every time I find something I actually want, my size is already sold out. I signed up for the restock emails, but I haven’t heard anything, so I just keep checking back and wasting time. The site makes it look like there are tons of options, but barely anything I like is actually available. the whole thing makes me feel like a ticket number instead of a real customer.

"Wish I hadn’t spent the money"
I really thought this bra was going to be worth the price, and at first it did feel comfortable. Unfortunately, after just a few washes, the stitching started coming undone and the wire began poking out. I even hand washed it, so I don’t know what else I could’ve done differently. I regret buying it and definitely won’t be getting another one.

"Really lovely staff, even on a busy day"
I went in not totally sure what size I needed, and the girl working there was genuinely helpful without making me feel pressured to buy anything. The store was busy, so to be fair I did have to wait a little, but that’s understandable. Overall, it was a really good experience and the staff handled it well.

"Returning It Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
I was already in a annoyed mood when I started the return, and the whole exchange process just made it worse. It took way longer than I expected, and I wasn’t happy with how much hassle it turned into...

"Couldn’t get past the prices"
The main thing I noticed was the pricing. I’m sure there may be some decent features or details, but I couldn’t really focus on any of that because the cost felt way too high for what you get. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the money
